Bad service by traficc insurance

On the 12th I took my car for service in one of the Vw garages in Durban as I was there for work but I reside in Nelspruit Mpumalanga.when I enquired about the collecting the car they told me I could not get the car as the insurance had not paid,I then booked accommodation for the night as it was already 16h00.The story does not end there what is worse is the fact that the following day which is today I'm there,holding the phone for more than an hour now with no one picking up. I have never been frustrated this much by an Insurance so much that I'm even now looking into paying cash for the service..
