BAD and UNFAIR SHORTFALL COVER- THIS IS *****ING AND FALSEly obtaining clents to take this cover, you may as well pay less with the insurance compan themselves as zTraffic is not reputable

I had a shortfall cover for VW, taken at the start of purcahse of vehicle, I have never received any documentation and I took this telephonically so the calls are recorded, I had an accident and epecting this to be covered because the sales person on the line indicated that my shortfall will be covered, however ths was not, they short paid on the shortfall, claiming under insurance and cahnge of sound system which was untrue. I requested the documentation as well as recorded msg and did not receive, This is unfair as I took this with the surety all shortfall is covered.
