AVOID TRAFICC!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Traficc, specifically regarding the mechanical warranty I purchased for my vehicle in 2022.

Despite barely using the vehicle, which serves as a weekend car, I encountered mechanical issues in June 2024. Unfortunately, Traficc refused to cover these issues, citing the need for my vehicle's mechanical history and other documentation. Although I provided all the requested information, Traficc still denied my claim.

Further, I have recently experienced mechanical issues with my daily vehicle. A number of workshops refused to take in my car due to my intention to file a claim with Traficc, citing their own negative experiences with the company. One workshop has agreed to take in my vehicle, and I am currently in the process of submitting a claim.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Traficc's services. In my experience, their warranty provides little to no peace of mind.
