Why are reputable companies associated with Traficc?!?!?

I recently purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from Audi Alpine and Traficc was insurance I was referred to for credit shortfall, paint and scratch insurance to keep my vehicle in showroom condition as well as tyre insurance (scary!!!) I was yesterday called by Camron telling me that the claim for a scratch will be declined because its a scratch which has caused scratch on the paint, what ******* is that!!! I have had multiple cars with similar policies and never have I ever received such ridiculous reasoning. To think that Aline Audi referred this company to cover me with so many vital covers is disturbing!!! Reviewing their ratings online is even disturbing, why would any reputable company want to be associated with Traficc???
