Pathetic

I'm trying to to reinstate my policy, I've called more than 3x today, after holding for 30 mins to an hour, when it does get answered, once I state what my query is, it then goes quiet (happened 2x), then again it just rang to no answer. What if we dont have airtime to call?? Geez!!
