I received very good professional assistance from Ronelle. She explained everything very nicely as the details can get technical with the scratch and dent policies. I do feel that there should be more transparency up front when it comes to claims. Had a claim that was in processing and told them that there was something else I would like to claim for and it was added to the quote for the 1st claim and therefore only the maximum amount for one claim was authorized.
