Frustrating service

Frustrating experience I have with the company, late 2023 did a claim for injectors and waited for an approval for 3 weeks ,after the 3 weeks I was told the workshop is expensive and this feedback came after I made endless calls ,what's worse is the consultants are not friendly making the experience very unpleasant.Made another claim last week on the 12th and to date there's no approval, they are requesting documents one by one from the workshop and this is extremely unreasonable, worse no courtesy vehicle and you as a customer must just keep following up ? No sure if they value their customers or they just not interested in resolving their claims or they just want to buy time ? This service provider really doesn't consider their customers needs.
