Monies paid and service not rendered
<p>Mr Polo Dimeo got paid R700 on 23 March 2016 to do a printout and assist my husband with renewing his drivers card. On 23 March we received the printout but to date, after arranging numerous times to meet with my husband at Bedfordview Licencing, he never showed up and always had an excuse. We have since done the drivers card ourselves and requested that Mr Dimeo refund the balance of the monies (communicated via email, voicemail and whatsapp). To date he has ignored all communication attempts and has not refunded us the monies for service not rendered. If he does not respond to this, we will be taking legal action, as he advised us to do this to another 'licencing company' that also took monies but never delivered the service.</p>
Polo, I am not going to correct some inconsistencies in your reply but I do have record of ALL correspondence from when I first contacted you. On June 2 you messaged me via Linkedin for banking details, whatsapped me on 3 June for same, when I advised that I was in hospital and to contact my husband for details, which did not happen. On 4 June we communicated via whatsapp with the banking details. Eventually on 8 June you said at 8h44 that payment would be within an hour. To date there is NO deposit, I asked numerous times for POP (on 9 June at 14h40 you said payment would reflect that night and at 13h56 on 14 June you were on the road and said you would send proof of payment when at the office) Well I assume you are still not at the office as I have not received it or reflection of payment in my account. You have ignored all messages since 14 June and phone calls. You on your business bio speak of Batho Pele and Christian values, well this reflects none of those. I am only asking you to pay back what is not yours as you did not render the service and we also 'overpaid' (as per your signed receipt) as you did not have change on you when my husband had to meet you at the golf course.
