Useless and wasteful

Outsurance please take away your pointsmen at the route 21 and rietvlei intersection, they are rude arrogant and honestly dont know what they are doing, they cause more traffic and when it becomes too bad at 5 pm they leave, yesterday there was 3 of them there and all of them as soon as the traffic got bad they all decided to leave, if they dont know how to do their jobs why hire them?
