Zero service at Akasia Traffic Department

I am unable to make an appointment online. The system says entity does not exist. I lost both my ID and Driver's license, so I could only provide an Avidavid, a copy of my ID I printed from my PC. Firstly I was told I could not replace my Driver's without an appointment, a copy of my certified ID and I would need eye tests results from the optometrist, and she would only assist with a temporary Driver's. When I reminded her of my ID dele a, she told me that I'd have to start at Home Affairs.

1.I want to know why my ID is not in the system 2. I want to know what the use of the Avidavid is, because I also had a copy of my ID 3.
