Wrong Infringement

Today a traffic officer gave me a ticket for the brake lights that are working. He thought I will give him a bribe and he decided to give me a ticket for R500.00. The brake lights are working properly and I even asked one of his colleagues to confirm and she did. He's name is Lucky and I do not know his surname because he refused to tell me. His inspector number is ***4. Some other traffic officers think they smart and they can just get away with crime.
