Worst service Stellenbosch traffic department!

The worst, most pathetic, slow, arrogant, unhelpful place of all! Gives ticket number, says you'll wait 20min, 1hour AND 30min later get to the window and they don't except one-sided ID copies. No other place, not even the bank need the back of the ID copied! This is the WORST government place Ever!
