Worst service ever

I have experienced the worst service ever at your traffic department - I app**** for a renewal of my driving license on the 17 June 2015 (horrible office, real unfriendly people, real *********** controlling lady, real badly-managed behaviour) and also got a temporary license which has now already expired but still no luck on getting the license I have app**** and paid for. I am phoning every day with no telephonic response. When going to that office the lady supposing to be the controller is boorishly rude and extremely ****** towards everyone, telling me that our white people just need to learn to adapt to your way. (Does she mean this uncivilized manner, she is dealing with the public??) I must be honest but I am really surprized by this attitude as all other departments am dealing with, really understand the need to improve service delivery and the pressure coming from people across the spectrum. What can I do to actually get the license app**** for and how many temporaries do I have to get before receiving the correct one. Will this one be valid from date of collection or from application, because your Modimolle office already wasted 10% of the time from the latter - who is
