Worst Service at Gov Institution!

Carletonville Traffic Department can be a disgrace! I made an online booking for learners license and I was given the 06/07/2020 date. The dept closed due to Covid-19 on the date but they didn't bother to inform me that I couldn't write at 12pm.as booked. On my arrival the security personnel told that I'll have to return on the 09/07/2020 for my test. When I got there today I was brutal told that I'll be given another date in August, no explanations, no compassion even when explaining the amount of I get to spend everytime I go there. These are the people that know nothing about Batho Pele Principles!
