Western Cape Traffic Department - Pathetic Service

I recieved a fine last year wrt speeding - upon closed inspection i see that the car in question is not mine and the driver of the car shown in the picture is clearly not me. I have sent email since January wrt removing fine frommy profile - i have even got the correct owners details from teh dealership that sold the car to him. All the information clearly shows that car is regeistered to someone else, dealership confirms this too. i have sent several mails, made countless calls to the call centre explaining mysefl over & over - the email trail i have is endless. yesterday i was told by Thandy that Judy Bosch stated the traffic dept cannot change the name on the fine and that i must go to court to explain myself..here i pay my taxes and do what is rite in the western cape and all i ask is that an administrtive error be fixed - i even sent proof that i am not at fault with the correct owners details - still i must take my personal time to go to court to explian the situation - no one is willing to assist

Pathetic - i would like someone from the traffic dept to call me before end of this week to provide me with a solution or i will place all evidence , emails & recorded calls on social media.
