Well Done - Marlboro Road Traffic Department

I would like to give kudos to the Marlboro Road Traffic Department. I had to renew my drivers licence in Apr-19 with my appointment the day after the protests in Alex where they had to close the department. There was a severe backlog but having an appointment they helped me through the process. I then went to collect my drivers licence - Se**** some six months later as people told me not to bother going sooner as there was a backlog of licences and I was pleasantly surprised by the department having had a big clean up both outside and inside with a front desk of happy people who were ready to direct me to the collection desk and was also helped by a very pleasant lady without any delay. Out within 10 minutes. The new appointment system is clearly working with a much more efficient and trained staff. Very impressed. Well done
