Watloo personnel bad attitude against disabled

When ask to help with the renew of my license,because i'm in a wheelchair there were personal medical information asked and when I ask why they were looking for that i was told to \do as you told or f..k off because its my problem to renew my license not there's"and they moved on helping the next person. For me in a wheelchair that is so unfair to tell me sorry we cant help f..k off!! its my problem to sort out my license"
