Waited for 3 months for licenses to arrive until today

<p>I took my license test on the 7 of June 2016 I passed, they told me to call to find out if the license has arrived but I should do that after 6weeks,did call several times to be told it didn't arrive, today of all days I called to be told that the fotos were not submitted I should bring them, I went there with,those fotos,they printed the report and give to me to go to the eyetest room, the guy that worked there did fill up the form and took my fingers print and said I should submit it little did I know that I was going to be send again to take another fotos as those were no the right one to be send again to the eyetest room to fill another for,again I should wait another 6 weeks to get it and to keep on calling again, what a mess, who's fault is this one, who did not do here job </p>
