Vehicle licence renew disc - e-services

<p>I app**** for my car licence renewal disc, through the e-portal e-services.</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** on the 17th Jan and Im still waiting for a reply, Ive esculated the matter but no one gets back to me,</p> <p>my application says in progress and the staff say it usually takes two days.... in the meanwhile Im collecting traffic fines ......HELP!!!</p> <p> </p>
