Utterly disguisted at level of service

I honestly do not understand where a traffic officer feels the need to treat you badly cz your a young female. Mr Matiniso finds it fine to use forceful language and slap me with 2fines because my licence disc expired. Fine i know i need to renew the disc but where do you get the right to tell me you will take my car next day if you see me driving it, where do he get there right to have me sign for informations thats not explained and first of all how do you approach me with out introducing yourself and then you question me about information you can clearly see on my licence. Im very disappointed in the level of service i received. A suggestion, please train employees such as Mr S MATINISA on basic customer service training, he doesn't need to be forceful and arrogant when dealing with people because sometimes its not necessary.on top of it all i get a traffic fine with multiple spelling errors, how is this document valid ?
