Unsatisfied

It's very frustrating when you're been told that you will be contacted via whichever method of communication agreed upon then it doesn't happen. I've been trying to contact(call) the Bela Bela Traffic Department for three days but to no success, the phone just rings and no answer. It's been more than 6weeks that I app**** for a driver's licence renewal but upto date I haven't received any correspondence from them.
