Unsatisfied

Made a booking on NATIS for my license renewal at alrode licensing department alberton. Got there and the gentleman at the counter said there was no one there to assist with finger prints/eye tests etc How can a government based company operate like this. Than we get pulled over or stopped by traffic police license has expired and we get a fine. Where we as south african citizens go out of our ways to obey the law and step away from the danger zone. This is unacceptable They get paid for doing other than the job they have been accepted for. I hope someone gets fired due to the ( nalatigheid) of their actions.
