Unprofessionalism with our government entities

Haybo I’m at Traffic department randburg & we can not be serviced due to the internal incident happened between management & stuff yesterday. They are refusing to work but keeping us here since 08h00 How do we get affected as the public by their stupid fight , I mean they should render the service & deal with their issues later
