Unprofessional staff and management

<p>I arrived at 0840 to renew my licence card i was no.7 in line for the eye test, at 0935 wen it was my turn a tester brings someone who passed licence and i was told to wait agen as i entered the room.when i asked y i was told to speak to the manager mr groenemeyer. I was told by the manager that people who passed has preference. So if 5 people passed wen its my turn to do a eyetest i must just wait and theres nothing i can do? What is the purpose of this disrespect towards other people from the staff of mitchells plain traffic department. Y vant thry wait like the rest of us. And for thos groenemeyer to tell me "ok il handle it" is just a reflection on his lack of interest. Is it to difficult for the manager to have signs put up so people can read and know and understand their SOP's or for the tester to inform me respectfully why i have to wait even longer than im supposed to. What a lack of leadership by groenemeyer, not even taking my details to get back to me cause he wont even do anything. Please implement regular training for staaf as the do not know how to handle people of the public.</p>
