Unfair treatment- did everything they asked and was shouted at and the door shut in my face.

Rude and inhumane. They let me through all of the steps and approved everything until the very last person suddenly did not approve my proof of address. Then I went to fetch it and 15:30 on the dot they closed the door in my face. If they had stopped me earlier I could have made it in time, now I was 1 minute late and the security guard very rudely shouted at me. Now my licence will expire, even though I had everything in place and did everything I was supposed to.
