Unfair and rude officer

In April2013, I went to book for my drivers licence at the traffic department. During my eye test, as I had to read off the blocks on the machine, I could not see them. The traffic officer quickly got agitated, was rude and yelled at me. I kept explaining that I could not see what I was suppose to see, however he kept on yelling at me. I understand what was required of me however there was no need for him to yell at me. As a result, he wrote on my form that I had a problem with my left eye-which would make it difficult for me to get my licence. <br> <br> I feel as though that was ************** and that could have been handled differently.
