uncompetent Public works

I am so disappointed on traffic department, I bought a car this year, my car dealer went to pay for car disk, they couldn't give him a disk. They said I have a car that it's not roadworthy I must sort it first. I went dube traffic department they told me I must go laanglate, laanglate they said crime was at randburg. I went randburg join very long queue. I was told the car was registered in 2011. So surprising I only got drivers licence 2013. Even the address which is there is not mine. I asked them to remove it they refused telling me to pay R2540 for the car that I don't know.they gave me initials surnames of people who where working there nothing else. I went police station randburg and explain and told them want to open a case but the police only gave me affividavit, when get there they rejected it. Police asked them to remove the car or gave me full detail remove and proof that those people register with my details or stole my identity. But was not given that. My car now the disk expired can't renew must live by bribing because no one want to listen and their attitude was worse not even interested to hear me out. Funny enough they forget I pay tax that make their salaries.
