Traffic Officers failing the law and rules of the road

Tonight for the first time ever, traffic officers decides to be on duty when the complaints have been sent in for the day when the schools are open. The traffic officer and even stated in a different language to one of the passangers (I was one too), that the only reason why they stopped her is because shes a female driver and not not stopping. In time of waiting, other drivers went past and not one of them were stopped and yet thoughs drivers were not stopped. And this all for middle of the year bonus' and to top it all off, she was fined R1500. With our lives more at risk at night, traffic offices feels the best time to work is undercover, not seen, not in the time schedules for the complaints and even standing on the opposite side of the road to catch people. Will we ever be safe and not unfairly treated by race, gender or even the areas or type of cars we drive. What is the point of having people employed they arent even doing their jobs unless a bonus is involved even if it is *******ly done?
