traffic officer being rude

my name is shaun hendricks i was pulled over on the 16/09/2015 by a traffic officer Mr N,Du Toit nom *** he took my license disk because my brake lights was not working and i wasnt aware and my numberplate fell off i told the officer im not aware of it.and i ask him if i cant fix it went i get home because i dont have the funds for roadworthy im the only bread winner at home and only casualing he told me to go lend money by some one.on the 09/10/2015 the same traffic officer pulled off again swearing and me and pointing his finger at me in front of goodwood mall shoprite staff they were on a brake that time.even thou i told him there is people watching how rude he is to me he kept on he wanted to cuf me for no reason please note i was not rude at this officer at all.this is bad .
