Traffic Lights NOT Working !!!

On Malibongwe road, crossing Lion Park Road the set of traffic lights are not working for 3 months Now. It is such a waist of time and petrol. I sometimes spend 30 minutes at this crossing which is ridiculous. Is this what we pay taxes for? Come on, how difficult can It be to fix this???
