Traffic Department Systems in Shambles.

The Joburg Traffic department has lost my application for license card renewal 2x since the lockdown started. I'm now heading for 12months since my application started. And the only thing they tell the local traffic department is "The fingerprints are lost" or the "There is no photos". When asked why they only respond they don't know. I've now fingerprinted and taken photos 3x. Maybe it's time for better systems?
