Traffic Department Durbanville : Poor service

Since the lockdown my son had 2 appointments to do his Driver Licence Test. Every tme we get there thy are closed due to Covid 19.

I do understand and have empaty towards this ..... I wad told that I am not allowed to make another appointment as they will phone me with a new date.

They are open now for 3 weeks after the last covid closure but still dud not receive a phonecall.

My sons learner licence is expiring shortly ....

Pathetic service
