Traffic Department ******

So, December 2019 i received a fine, while using my company car, travelling on Union Ave, it was the 23rd if i recall correctly, i rushed to work as my companies alarm had gone off, while travelling on the road, i saw a traffic officer, with a speed cam, I am will not lie i was travelling fast due to the nature of what had happened as i was on standby that week. In Jan 2020, of the following year the fine made its way to the office which i had claimed and informed was mine. The Speed Limit is (60) I did 75 that is 15 over the limit, yet i was given a fine for R400.00 Instead of the stipulated R250.00 not knowing this at the time i paid as i did commit the office. The same thing then happened to a friend of mine, yet he was only charged R250.00 travelling on the same stretch of road i did on his commute to work????? Why did i have to pay R400.00 whilst he paid R250.00 It is wrong to **** people out of their Hard earned money!!! I feel that i am owed the other money back as i was charged extra as opposed to my friend being charged the government stipulated amount!!!!!
