Lack of service and experience from staff, they are slow they don't do there job. I did my driving license on 2 November last year, I didn't even get temporary license since they said " we don't have papers to do copies of your temporary but we will take money for license nd come back after 2 or 6 weeks " contract details not working they don't even have email addresses
