Traffic department backlog

Visited the traffic department at Waltloo testing station , I must say the whole backlog situation from The traffic department is really frustrating , we all understand that there is a situation going on however its the way we are being treated that is more frustrating to a point where a whole manager by the name of Merciah Seko had a nerve to say that its also not her fault that there is a delay so its up to me if I want to do a temporary licence or not, when asked why am I supposed to pay for the departments backlog.

To make it even worse their sms line is not even accurate you would receive an update that there is no application in process even though you have app**** ,people who app**** after are receiving their licenses, did mine in July till today its not ready, it would really help if we were updated about the stage of our licenses as going there after a couple of weeks is just a waste of time.

I also feel that this is just a money making scheme, why are we paying for the departments backlog?
