Took my money and ran away

i went to Wadevill traffic department ,i was helped by a guy called Vussi who has the driving school there ,<br> met him standing at the door of the traffic department entrance .<br> i was needing a reprint of my trailer papers i lost .<br> he charged me R 2500 for the reprint and R 1400 for outstanding fines and penalties witch i paid in cash.<br> after waiting a few hours he came out said the system is offline can i come back tomorrow .<br> the following day he said he was going to have it printed at langlagde TD he will meet me at wadevill at 2pm <br> when he brought me my papers ,he said he will do the change of owner ship for me .<br> paid another R 400.00 and now he is not picking up my calls and has run with all my papers and money wadevill TD should do something about there thieving people .i now can get new papers for my trailer and dont know what to do
