ticket wrongfully given

On the 10th March 2021 in olifantfontein clayville around police station, a officer by the name of P N Ngoende if i saw her name correct ...cause she didnt want me to see it.

She stopped me and ask for my liecense . There was a stop sign on my way approaching them ,(she was facing a different direction so she couldnt have seen what was hapening behind her back) Secondly there was a wall blocking their view to see stop sign. Thirdly By stop sign same time i approach there was a car that arrive approximately the same time i arrive by stop sign so i stopped changed gear from 3 to 1 car passed first and i proceeded . But when i go to the lady officer she took my liecense and started writting me a ticket for stop sign .

i asked the above questions she then refused to give me my liecense and as i text i dont know where to get my liecense
