Terrible service and waiting time at the Benoni traffic department

So the drill is you need to know someone or pay someone. On the 8th April 2025 I had an appointment at 2:10 and was told to be in the premises atleast an hour early and I did just that. I’ve been sitting in the que for an hour 30min to be assisted with the eye test however there are people who just got here and a leaving me behind mind you we all have the same forms hence. I say you need to know someone or willing to pay someone. What was the point of me wasting my data and actually going on line to set up an appointment when I still have to wait 2/3 hours to be assisted. Everyone working at the Benoni department have no name badges and have no uniform so we need to guess who we asking inorder to be assisted the service there and outrageous and they have no respect whatsoever towards people. I provide a service to the public but never have I treated someone like they treat people there it’s either they are also tired and understaffed or they just don’t want to be there and are there to bag their bags. The system need to change and be as per the appointment policy.
