Temba Traffic Department

Good day all

So I have received a bad service from Temba Traffic Department for numerous times now. People don't stand in a que but they get assisted first. The service there is unacceptable, if you don't bribe someone then you know you are going to spend the whole day on the que. How is the department allowing this? If it's not this then it's cashiers disappearing from the stations without a word. Can somebody from the department pay attention to this because it is unacceptable.
