Status not being changed after collecting driver's license

Traffic department Howick KZN,I cannot believe the incompetence. I collected my driver's license 2019 and only to find out they have never changed the status from their system and now I cannot renew my driver's license.When I call them Sanele is telling me wait for 30 minutes before he can change the status on the system.Imagine,clearly they do not audit that department.
