Slowing to the desired speed no use

Colesberg traffic -speed trap way before the 80km sign make it impossible for a law abiding person to not get caught.<br> This practise make me understand why traffic officers have a bad name.<br> Coming into Colesberg knowing the 80 zone is ahead you ensure when you see the 80kn sign that you are indeed slowing to 80 this however do not stop the officers to trap you as you slow down after first having the 80 km board in sight. I recently got a fine for driving 92 ? I was in process of slowing down.The fine wont bankrupt me I just think this devious practise should be investigated. They get away with it because most people don't have the time to fight this unfair entrapment. <br> .People stand to lose more if they spend valuable time fighting these petty fines<br> <br> I will not lower my standards to fight this but speak out I will.<br> <br> Maybe the term reasonable does not apply <br> <br> <br>
