Sick of this

I keep having the same conversation with them, over and over. A vehicle i sold in 2020, removed from my name and have no idea who drives it currently keeps on getting fines and I keep on getting notified as its ON MY ID NUMBER. How is it still registered on my id by them??? Maybe update your stuff ffs. Remove it from my id!!!!!!!!!
