Service rendered..

I came to renew my disc lisense and I've been waiting on the queue since 8:00 in the morning and it's is now 13:00. The officials go to people outside at the queue take their paper and go on front and pay or make enquiries for them. The security is very rude and closes the door on our face when we ask why isn't she letting us in as we can see that there are no people inside.. If u pay them them you will be able to jump the queue and go in front.. Its not fair for us to stand this long without getting the sercive. But when the attend the interview they will preaching how to practice batho pele principle.. At vanderbitjlpark they are not practicing that.. We have medical conditions we cannot stand long.. I am having back pains.. Something must be done here.. It depends on who you are and who you know. According to the regulations waiting areas must be cleaned regularly.. But here it's dirty you can see its been a while since the floor has been mopped..they don't care about our health.
