Rude service at Gallows Hill Traffic department Green Point

The service at Gallows Hill Traffic Department in Green Point does not even warranty a single start rating. I understand the need for policy and regulation with regards to having rules in place for renewing a driver's licence or applying for a license of any kind. It is essential to follow strict guidelines so that driver's licenses are issued to the right people under the requirements of the law. I have NO issue with complying with regulations, what I have an issue with is the attitude of certain female staff in charge of drivers license renewals, eye tests and the staff behind the payment counters. Downright rudeness from one lady doing my eye test with a holier than though attitude who does not have the decency to greet you or look at you when she calls you. To be told by the one that payment counter closes at 15:45pm and eye test must be done before payment. How is this possible when you are only able to sit for your eye test at 15:40pm? When I mentioned to the one lady that the payment counter should stay open until at least 16:00pm to give those completing their eye test time to pay, the response I received was, "Some of us want to go home." To which I rep****, "Some of us have taken the day of work just to be here today and it works both ways!" One gentleman I spoke to had been there since 11:30am! The 6 of us that were in the queue to pay for our renewal after completing our eye test were turned away as the payment counter staff closed their windows. Which means all those waiting have to take more time off work again to return JUST to pay and receive a receipt! Everyone is struggling to make a living but certain female staff at Gallows Hill need an attitude adjustment. If you hate your job so much and can't stand dealing with people, go find another job and give someone who is desperate for wok a chance to treat people better because they would be grateful enough to have a job in this country. Unacceptable rudeness!
