Rude lady(Receptionist) at Ipeleng traffic department

I was at the ipeleng(Mabopane) traffic department today for my temporary PDP, then there was this plus size lady who's working at the reception with finger prints nd insecting of photo's whom I feel was very rude to me.

She started by refusing borrowing me a pen which I well understood cz it's hers after all but made a scene when I left to fetch a pen from the car saying that..I'll give her infections which am not even aware I had till she diagnosed me..she said I must nt use that pen unless I have a sanitizer which they also didn't have at the department.

She was insisting that I buy a pen from her as she was sitting with a box full of them, selling them for R5 which I didn't have

She started swearing, saying that she's worked with people for more than 20years, she's not afraid of anyone even Fikile Mbalula himself, she said she's gonna beat me, she can't deal with Zulu's vele, she was in ICU for 6 months which I didn't understand the relevance in that ..worst of all she pointed me with an OKAP (knife) saying she's stab me😭.

I didn't have a problem with her not borrowing me a pen but she should have explained to me nd not refusing me fetching mine in the car cz now I feel like I was forced to buy a pen which is sold at the department for R5 nd even worse she is a very old lady. Nd for her to say "utlontselela Malwetsi"
