Rude depro Woman

My daughter was @ Brackenfell Traffic Department yesterday afternoon to book her licence. We made an appointment @ Goodwood in Mei, but could not make it. We thus wanted to make another appointmnet @ Brackenfell, I phoned the Call centre number and they couldn't give me the number or put me through to Goodwood Traffic Department (WOW).... I wanted the lady to contact & confirm cancellation, as we've dealt with this gentleman(as he was very helpful)...she said she cannot phone Goodwood, seriously I know it's like a speed dial to every Traffic department, anyway then I phoned my daughter and while on the phone I can hear this depro woman shouting (we asked her name, because we wanted the gentleman to contact her...so she shouted & said:) VIR WAT SOEK DJY MY NAAM!!! I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!!! My daughter then asked this woman for Goodwood Traffic departments number so that she can contact from her cellphone & this woman just got out of hand screaming & shouting @ my daughter & my daughter just left int tears & refuse to go back to that hell hole! Is that how people's getting treated @ Brackenfell??? This should really be addressed! I do not see how a grown woman can scream and shout to a scholar infront of other customers like that this is just unacceptable! I will take this further, that woman needs to apologise to my daughter! She refused to give her name, as she know she was in the wrong... We've done our homework & the person is FERENE SWARTBOOI! I really cannot believe that a trip to the Traffic Department can turn out to be such a nightmare! Seriously this is not how you treat anyone, not even my dog gets treated the way the woman went on with my child! I will take this further if that woman does not contact my daughter & personally apologise to her!
