R. C Maluleke pulled me out today, I was driving in a two lane road in Norkem Park , they were standing on the other lane just next to a tree, I drove I n didn't even see them, I saw them via my mirror that she's trying to stop me, I stopped and reversed back to her.. This is what she said to me... I'm writing u a ticket for not noticing me and u didn't stop at the stop sign, I respond to her that I didn't see you because I'm on the other lane and u guys are hiding there, then she took my license n left without even saying anything to me, she went to their car stood there not mentioning anything to me for long, I stepped out from the car asked her why are u not attending me but u took my license. She started insulting me "pfutsek" and she called me names regarding my disability. I asked for her name but she never responded. She said u will wait until I write u a ticket I waited, she handed over my license n the ticket, unfortunately I didn't take the ticket.. Because she was writing the ticket out of her emotions and then she throw the ticket on me. I stopped at the stop sign and my safety belt was on
