On Friday my Avanza was impounded for not having permit, and issued R2500 ticket, this morning I went to pay the fine to release the car, only to find my car without tyres, window broken, radio ******, battery ******, mind you in the government yard. And the traffic by surname Grey I have his contact number told me he was doing his job I must go police station. When I got there I was told that the traffic must open the case. He and his management do not want to be part of it they are referring me to municipal manager that is difficult to find. I bought that avanza to send my siblings to school now they have taken that away from me. I'm worried the guys will come back tonight to fish the job by removing what's left. I'm in Cape Town trying to live honestly.
