Postmasburg Traffic department can't follow their own government's rules.

I was in urgent need of renewing my driver's license. This traffic department only does that for a few hours during the morning. To save time, so I can leave the next morning for a funeral, I went to an optometrist to get report. Upon bringing this, along with all other relevant documentation to them, I was told that I need to come back the next morning, because they do their own test AS WELL. Absolutely ridiculous. So if I indeed fail my eye test you send me to an optometrist anyway?!!!
