Poor service delivery

Temba traffic department it is as if the staff prefer assisting Citizens who can give bribes starting with the security guard at the gate then the officials because the driving schools easy skip queues. They gave me poor service because I refused to give them money. Are they not earning enough to gives us all the same service without expecting anyone to supplement their pockets?the department should look into how they treat us. I am not pleased at all because they should be an example of the law but instead they're abusing their power and bullying us into bribery for services we should be getting freely as citizens ,that is our right!
